I came home today to find a dozen of these little beauties waiting for me, courtesy of my very lovely and very talented Hubby!  Little zings of fresh lemon zest abound, in the moreish sponge which managed to be both moist and light as well as in the lovely yellow buttercream icing.  And the jelly lemon sweety on the top is just win!  <3...
